Bio

Emily Van Walleghen lives and works in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she received an MFA in Studio and Fine Art from the University of Cincinnati in 2020. Her previous degrees include a BS from the University of Illinois, MS from the University of Arizona, and PhD from Virginia Tech in the field of nutritional science. Her fiber work explores time, labor, and the relationship between process and outcome.
